Good lucks and thanks for taking the time to listen! Many AE firms, such as Architects and Landscape Architects, commonly have to stitch multiple high resolution aerial photos together to create scaled base maps for design. It would be especially nice if it could recognize Illustrator files or for that matter any ADOBE formate and handle larger graphics. This would be a huge selling point to help lower overhead costs, which is on everyones mind these days.

But if you want this program to be used cross disciplinary then it has to assume you are working from a huge existing database and it needs to be able to give you options on how to identify and rectify everyday workflow conflicts. In an ideal world we would all have perfectly organized folders based on shoot and there wouldn't be any overlap. So I could just say for-get-it just use the ones it imported when I used the do not import the duplicates option, but how do I know it incorporated the ones I wanted and not the ones that are not part of my ideal file structure. So I thought maybe if I use Auto Stack with ' seconds between shots, I could trick them into stacking and then create a collection of stacks, which is also an option I have not noticed. ok scary occurrence on a test folder with two folders in it of the exact same shoot it imported 2' less photos in the "copy" folder, not sure how this is possible) It would take days to go through duplicates in this manner. If I import and uncheck the duplicate option they come up next to each other when I click on the "all photos" in the Library Panel.

This is nice to see what photos I have duplicates of, but really doesn't do much for helpful organization. When I import without duplicates it gives me the option of saving a text file and to show them in the Library Panel. I have tried importing with and without duplicates. My firm needs to be able to have a Catalog that has our entire image database in it. It would be really nice if there was an option to compare duplicates. I have worked with all Macro Media programs, most CAD programs and countless one hit wonders.

I am a Landscape Architect, Semi Professional Photographer and Quasi Art Director for my firm. First, I just want to say that this program has incredible potential and I believe in ADOBE more then any program company I work with.
